Marysville, California

to the

Cold War Museum -

We are going to be located in Marysville, California which is 45 miles North of Sacramento near Beale Air Force Base.
Our mission is to educate the public about the historical significance of the Cold War and how California and its citizens participated in the efforts to win the war.
The Museum will use static displays, interactive displays, pictorial displays, and audio visual displays to emphasize the various aspects of the war including technology and military operations.

The Cold War Era spans from 1945 until the end of the Soviet Union in 1991. During this time, many advances were made in technology and weaponry. In recent times, the United States has fallen behind other countries in educating students in Mathematics, Science, & Engineering. We will partner with educators to create programs and exhibits that will support efforts to improve these areas of education.
